Supporting Tree-Cycling

Our two vans were loaned out to the wonderful team at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd earlier this month to support their “Tree-Cycling” campaign.
An annual fundraiser for the Hospice, this year they partnered with our customer Encirc to expand the programme and collect more trees than ever. We’re delighted to play a small part in the success of their event this year.
In less than a week their team of volunteers collected 3,338 trees in total raising a massive £43,344.82.
By recycling the trees they also helped to save 43,394kg of carbon being emitted into the West Cheshire community so win win!
The Hospice is our local hospice and have provided support and care to members of the Edge family, as well as the team’s wider family and friends. It is a wonderful place that offers sanctuary for patients and their families during their hour of need.
