What is a Micro Pallet & how do I utilise them?

A Micro pallet is a smaller option to quarter pallets, not exceeding the dimensions: Width 1.00m, Depth 1.20m, Height 0.60m, Weight 150kg. – this can be a cost effective solution. Providing the dimensions and weight requirements aren’t exceeded.

Enter the job as normal on the Customer Portal. When you reach the “Consignment Details” section, you need to:

1. Activate the Micro Pallet toggle

2. Enter the job as a Quarter pallet

3. Ensure the weight of the pallet is no more than 150kg

Our Transport Management System (TMS) will alert us that the job is a Micro pallet and we will likewise manage your consignment.

It is likely that any labels you print will still say “Quarter Pallet” on the label. Do not worry, we will reprint labels.
